We cover all aspects of agricultural property and associated rural issues such as estate/farm and agricultural land sales and purchases, leases and other arrangements affecting land, planning matters, taxation, joint and other ventures, environmental matters, diversification projects, succession planning and land promotion and development.
Our advice on agricultural property matters also links with and crosses over into other areas of law such as disputes, estate planning, employment and equine matters.
