Alison qualified as a solicitor in 2010 after obtaining a law degree, as a mature student, through the Open University. She joined Kitson and Trotman in October 2017.
In her previous firm she provided a wide variety of land and property law advice and she enjoys working with clients on matters ranging from residential and commercial conveyancing, agricultural land issues as well as charitable trusts, rights of way, village green queries and local government law.
She has experience in taking land law matters to public enquiries, the High Court, and has also seen a case through both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
Alison has had close connections with the West Dorset area for over 30 years.
