Jason is a partner. Jason specialises in agricultural and commercial matters and oversees commercial and property related matters for the firm.
Jason qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and has experience of a wide variety of agricultural and commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, landlord and tenant work (acting both for landlords and tenants) and development and investment matters.
Jason also manages business purchases and disposals and general property management work.
In addition, Jason deals with all aspects of residential property transactions acting for a broad range of clients (both locally and all over the UK).
Jason has responsibility for a number of compliance and risk related roles on behalf of the firm.
In 2009, Jason was among the inaugural entrants in the Country to attain the Fellowship of the Agricultural Law Association.
Jason is also member of the Commercial Real Estate Lawyers Association, the Agricultural Law Association and a subscriber to The Law Society Property Section.
Jason is married to Michelle and outside of work, Jason enjoys watching all sports (particularly rugby and cricket) and walking.
