Before we put pen to paper we need to understand your brief. We ask you for a clear brief of your project or business objectives, target audience, services or products and for any inspiration or input on what you wish your finished brand or project to look like.
If you would like the logo pink, with a certain typeface then please tell us! We won’t overpower you with our opinion, but are here to offer our advice. Design is subjective and personal so everyone’s taste is different. We respect that and particularly when we are helping to create a new business identity, want you to feel you have a visual brand that reflects you and your personality.

Particularly important when working with websites and online outcomes. After the brief is decided, we will outline a formal cost quote and specification of the work involved. This helps you to understand what to expect from us and also what you will receive in terms of deliverables.
We work on a fixed fee basis unless agreed otherwise, so there are no surprise costs during or after the project completion.
Now the fun begins! Upon agreement of the specification we begin creating the visual concepts for the project.
We use industry standard applications like Adobe Illustrator and Indesign to create our ideas.
When we are happy with them we will deliver these as proofs to you for feedback and approval, often in a PDF format.
When you receive the proofs we ask for your feedback. Be as critical and honest as you like! Sometimes we don’t always hit the nail on the head first time, but we encourage you to enjoy the design process. We won’t be offended by your feedback, but we do appreciate clear, concise feedback where possible.
After feedback, we may then go through 1, 2 or more rounds of amendments to refine the concept into the chosen, finished design.
Upon completion of the refinement process, we generate and supply final artwork.
This may involve the launching of a website, sending an advert to a publication on your behalf, or supply of print ready files to you.
